1. Shipping Coverage

· We ship across India, including metro cities, towns, and rural areas.

· For bulk/distributor orders, delivery is available at the Pan India level via trusted logistics partners.

2. Processing Time

· All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

· Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

· We use reliable courier and logistics partners for deliveries across India.

· Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days (depending on location).

· Express Delivery: Available in select cities at additional charges.

4. Shipping Charges

· Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

· Free Shipping on retail orders above ₹100.

· For orders below ₹100, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

· Bulk orders (wholesale/distributor) will have shipping charges based on weight and delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

· Once shipped, you will receive an order tracking ID via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment status.

6. Packaging

· All GynoMat Maternity Pads are packed in hygienic, tamper-proof packaging to ensure product safety.

Refund & Return Policy – GynoMat Maternity Pads

We value your trust in GynoMat and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of our product (personal hygiene and health care), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the pack is opened, used, or tampered with, except in the case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

· You have received the wrong product.

· The product is damaged in transit.

· The product has a visible manufacturing defect.

3. Timeframe to Request

· All requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

· Proof of purchase and clear photographs of the product issue must be provided.
